Guess who’s going to LOLLAPALOOZA?

That’s right, me. I’m going to freaking LOLLAPALOOZA in Chicago! The first pre-sale for tickets was on March 2, and I got in. I received an email that the ticket presale had just started, so I clicked on the link and decided, since tickets were only $45, that I’d take the plunge and buy two tickets. The 3,000 pre-sale tickets sold out in 34 minutes, so I was very lucky.
The thing is, they haven’t even announced the lineup yet. So why did I buy tickets? Well, besides the incredible price, there is a rumor that the Smashing Pumpkins are getting back together and they’re going to headline Lollapalooza. The Pumpkins are still my favorite band, so I’d be ecstatic if the rumors turned out to be true.
The lineup will be announced March 16th, so I guess I’ll find out then. Even if they don’t play, I’m sure the festival will be an amazing time.
