Movie time

I watched I {heart} Huckabees over the weekend. While I’ll have to watch it again to catch more of the fast-paced theoretical dialog, I really enjoyed the movie overall. The acting was fantastic and the story was so original. I’d love to see the creative process that went on in order to write that screenplay. If you haven’t seen it, definitely give it a look.
I couldn’t help but draw comparisons to Douglas Adams’ Dirk Gently novels. Dirk Gently’s Holistic Detective Agency is a great book, and the ideas fleshed out by both it and I {heart} Huckabees of the connectedness of everything rings a chord of truth with me. I highly recommend both the book and the movie, come to think of it.
