Internet is Down

Just wanted to drop a line that I’m still here, but my cable internet is not working right now (and hasn’t been for a week), hence the lack of updates. Cox Cable has no estimated time of repair, either. Very annoying. Once it gets fixed, I will be calling their customer care for an adjustment on the bill, they can be sure of that.
